I have lost/forgotten the login and/or password I used for this site.

Please go to the membership page and enter your login, then press the link “I forgot my password”.
A question verification will be prompted and then you will receive your password by email.

If you have lost your login, then please contact us and we will send you back your login information.

How many ecards can I send once I have a membership?

You can send as much ecards as you want.

I am unable to view or preview any of your ecards.

When you press “preview” while you are sending an ecard, a popup window should open. If not, then make sure that your browser accepts to open a popup window from our site. An horizontal bar should appear and prompt you if you accept.

I sent an ecard but the recipient says it never arrived.

First, make sure that you have entered the email address of the recipient correctly (without any spaces, typed like for example “name@address.com”). If you are sure that you have entered his email correctly, then please contact us reporting the problem.

I sent an ecard but I received a notice saying it could not be delivered.

If you are sure that you have entered his email correctly, then it means that his email address is wrong. Ask him about his exact email, and it will work.

I sent an ecard to the wrong address - how do I cancel or re-send it?

Unfortunately you can’t cancel this process. All you will have to do is to resend the email to the correct recipient.

I hesitate between paying with Paypal or by Credit Card

Both methods are 100% secured. If you already have a paypal account, then this method is faster (you won’t be asked to give your credit card number). Otherwise if you decide to pay by credit card, don’t worry all the information is directly sent to the bank. Your credit card number won’t be kept, it goes directly to the bank server (Moneris Online Payment Solution).
