At heartbuddy world it is important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you have 30 days after receiving your purchase to return it for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price. All products that are returned must be returned in the original condition that they were received. Any modification or signs of wear cannot be accepted for refund.

If a free gift was sent with the purchase, it also must be returned in its original state with the product. No refund will be given to products that are not returned with the free gift.

Return Instructions:

1. Return the item(s) in the original packaging accompanied by a completed

Return Form [PDF].

2. Send by an insured courier (FedEx, UPS or Parcel Post) and keep receipt. This ensures the item is insured and protects you in case your product is lost in transit.Please email us via the contact page and we will arrange the return with you

* Please write “Goods returned to vendor” on the Shipping Invoice in large letters. This identifies the post office that your package is a return, not a sale.

3. Once we receive your return, you will get a refund check within 10 days of receipt. Delivery charges are not refunded. Customers returning a partial order will be refunded for the returned items only. Refunds will be applied to any unpaid balances first. Please allow one monthly billing cycle in order for your credit to appear.
